The winners were announced for the 2017 Teen Choice Awards this weekend after more than 63 million Twitter votes were tallied. The annual ceremony honors the best of television, music, TV, and more. It aired live on FOX.
Wonder Woman, Riverdale, and Beauty and the Beast took home big honors on the TV and movie side.
Meanwhile, on the music side, Maroon 5 won the Decade Award. Bruno Mars was honored with a Visionary Award during Sunday’s live broadcast. Meanwhile, Vanessa Hudgens received with the first-ever #SeeHer Award.

- Choice Female Artist- Ariana Grande
- Choice Music Group - Fifth Harmony
- Choice Song: Female Artist - Camila Cabello – “Crying in the Club”
- Choice Song: Male Artist - Niall Horan – “Slow Hands”
- Choice Song: Group - Fifth Harmony (feat. Gucci Mane) – “Down”
- Choice Summer Song- “Despacito” – Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee (feat. Justin Bieber)
- Choice Pop Song - “Shape of You” – Ed Sheeran

A notable exception from this year's ceremony was Miley Cyrus. She was expected to attend the ceremony to accept the “Ultimate Choice Award” (and to perform) during last night’s ceremony.
The 24-year-old singer shared an apology on Instagram after missing the ceremony. She told fans that she had created an unrealistic schedule for herself. Her Instagram post did, however, reveal that her new single (and music video) “Younger Now” will drop on Friday (August 18).
